Intellectual Property Notice

Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Chelsey Yaffa Art including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of an item does not allow the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.

Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this agreement.

Liability

We are not responsible for goods once they are your possession. It is not our responsibility to refund, exchange, replace or compensate for the damage of products that have been misused by customers. For example: creating fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.

Compensation for damage is due if damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been shipped.

Please read the product descriptions thoroughly. It is not our responsibility to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description before purchasing.

All prints come with white borders that are included in the final size of the listing.

Returns & Refunds

All Original painting and print purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. If your print arrives damaged, we will work with our printing partners to send you a damage-free print. We do our best to offer color accurate prints of the artwork, but please be aware that calibrations can vary between devices. If color calibration is a concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.)

Shipping Policy

We use a drop shipping service to ship all our fine art prints. Once you order from our site, we will then order it through the drop shipping site and they will print and deliver directly to you. They ask for 2-4 business days to print once the item is ordered, then 1-5 business days to ship. Original artwork will shipped by Chelsey Yaffa Art and can be expected to ship through UPS in 1-2 business weeks depending on size. Shipping cost will be added on a separate line during checkout.

We do not offer International Shipping at this time, however we are looking into it for the near future.
